Who we are
The original platform was co-founded by David I. Ritchie and Professor Adrian North. David and Adrian surrounded themselves with a team of like-minded, leading experts and will continue in this manner, seeking the best of the best as we grow. A dedicated Lab – Sneaky Labs has been created to focus on continuous innovation and ensure we remain at the leading edge of Psychology, Technology and AI.

Executive Chairman & Founder of nRich and Sneaky Labs
During my extensive career as a Serial Entrepreneur, I have successfully established and led several businesses within the property, music, technology, and data industries. Many of have traded globally to great success.
I now focus my attention on driving projects which I am not only immensely passionate about but, I believe will help benefit society for many generations to come.
I am also one of the founding minds behind nRich and Sneaky Labs, a unique business which through personality profiling effectively interlinks technology, commercial opportunities, brands and music. This is achieved through gaining a clear understanding of an individual's reaction to sonic sounds; in particular music and how it correlates to their personality traits as well as predictable likely future behaviour.
As part of the in-depth R&D testing and validation of the above, I am proud and privileged to have co-authored several published academic papers.
Outside of work, I have also authored the book "The Ultimate Game, Life, Do You Know the Rules?" This book outlines how you can achieve your full potential and make the most out of life. It is based on my personal development and learnings.
